Even if the question is “Deanna, do you think this is a good idea?” and all I did was type in “yes or no” (which is NOT the length of response you’d be looking for) there simply isn’t enough time to read and respond to hundreds of emails I get every day, nor is it a good idea for me to farm it out to some unqualified staffer.

Do the math: If it just took ONE MINUTE to read and respond to an email, it would take me almost 17 hours to answer questions from the tens of thousands of subscribers on my list. And that’s nothing but “yes or no” answers. If I spent FIVE MINUTES on each and typed a short paragraph response, it would take over  80 HOURS per week just to answer emails. I just can’t do it.

The type of questions that I am talking about are, “Deanna, here’s my background, which of these target markets should I choose?” or “Deanna, what do you think of this headline for my salesletter?” or “Deanna, do you think this is a good domain name or should it be something else?

I’m talking about specific questions for specific people. I just can’t answer them due the volume of members.

But I can’t just leave it there…

I have thought long and hard about this. We realize not everyone is in the position to invest in one of my premium coaching programs (my KickStart Program starts at $1500) …especially when they are first starting out.

While it is impossible for me to personally interact with the thousands of subscribers on my list, quite a few have suggested that I offer some kind of affordable one-on-one coaching for a limited number of positions.

After considering it, I’ve decided to make 25 spots available. Before I tell you the cost, let me tell you what the personal coaching includes …

1) A private, 25 minute consulting/coaching call with me once a month.

Yep, we’ll hop on the phone and discuss, decide, brainstorm, map out, plan, or troubleshoot your biggest priorities or challenges once a month. You’ll leave each call with a plan of action of what to do, who should do it, and by when. We will record the call and can even share screens during the session so we’re both on the same page…literally.

2) Your own private, personal email address direct to me.

When you join the Private Inner Circle Coaching Program, you’ll be issued a private email address where you and I will communicate on a personal, one-on-one level.

3) Answers to your questions.

You may ask me ONE question per day (Monday-Thursday … I don’t do weekends 🙂 I’ll respond within 24 business hours (for my time zone, Pacific US). I’ll login to your private email access and answer your question.

This is the highest level of one-one-on personal consultation that you’ll find! Ask me anything about marketing, systems, team, and business…

• “Given my background, do you think this is a good market to choose?”

• “Based on this, how much should I charge for my product?”

• “How can I improve this headline for my salesletter?”

• “I don’t know how to upload a file, can you help?”

• “Which of these options would you recommend for me?”

• “How can I get more people to promote my site?”

Any question related to marketing or business is permitted. Yes, that includes client attraction, sales, list-building, traffic generation, etc.

recommendation for improvement, clear up something you are
unclear about, get a suggestion for your best option, and/or just
ask a question to help you make the best choice … I’m here for you.

The cost is $495 per month, $297 a month  which is a drop-in-the-bucket for what most “gurus” would charge for this kind of access.

First, I can’t guarantee your success. You know that and I know that, but it’s something I got to say anyway. I will offer my expert opinion based on my own experience and knowledge, but there are no guarantees. You agree to hold me harmless for any result that occurs from my coaching.

Secondly, there are no refunds available. Because I can’t get my time back, you can’t get your money back. I’ll be happy to work with you to make you happy … but if you’re looking for a guarantee with a refund, then this isn’t for you.
